Tesh was one of the ten spirited contestants who made it to the finals from the initial 21,000 applications who were rigorously screened over a six month period by over 300 judges.
Tesh Mbaabu was also announced winner of the Peoples Choice award, which was newly introduced this year to allow the audience support their favorite African hero.
